Help w/ Virtual Tours
Question: Why can't I see the virtual tours?
Answer: Most likely, you don't have a recent enough version of your browser. To run the Java virtual tour viewer, you need either Netscape Communicator 4.5 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
Help w/ AOL
Question: Why can't I see the virtual tours with my AOL account?
Answer: AOL users will often experience problems when attempting to view panoramic images. To solve this, try going to "My AOL", then go to "Preferences, "WWW" and click the "Web Graphics" tab. Make sure the "Use Compressed Graphics" checkbox is UNCHECKED.
Help w/ Property Searches
Question: I can't find a property that I know is for sale. Why isn't it showing on your site?
Answer: If the property is being represented by First Team Real Estate, it should appear on our web site within 48 hours.
You may contact our Customer Care department
if you cannot find the information you are looking for.
If the property is not a First Team listing, it should also appear within 48 hours after it is submitted to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Please note that some brokers do not share 100% of their listings with other brokers like First Team.
